SIGIR is the premier international forum for the presentation of new research results and for the demonstration of new systems and techniques in information retrieval. The conference consists of five days of full papers, short papers, resource papers, demonstrations, tutorials, workshops, doctoral consortium papers, and perspectives papers focused on research and development in the area of information retrieval, as well as an industry track and social events.
SIGIR是展示信息检索领域新研究成果、新系统和新技术的主要国际论坛。会议包括5天的全文论文、短论文、资源论文、演示、教程、研讨会、博士联盟论文和展望论文，重点讨论信息检索领域的研究和发展，以及行业跟踪和社会事件。

The 44th International ACM SIGIR Conference on Research and Development in Information Retrieval will take place on July 11-15, 2021.

Submissions For SIGIR 2021
Full Papers：SIGIR welcomes contributions related to any aspect of information retrieval and access, including theories, foundations, algorithms, evaluation, analysis and applications.

Short Papers：We invite researchers to submit original short papers, which will be presented as posters at the conference.

Resource Papers：This track seeks submissions that describe resources available to the community, the process and methodology of building those resources, and/or the lessons learned.

Perspectives Papers：We solicit papers with a well-supported argument for research in an area that deserves more attention by the SIGIR community.

Tutorials：SIGIR 2021 solicits proposals for both half and full-day tutorials covering topics relevant to the field of information retrieval and its applications

Workshop Proposals：We encourage prospective workshop organizers to submit proposals for highly interactive workshops focusing on either in-depth analysis or broad-ranging approaches to information retrieval.

Doctoral Consortium Papers：The Doctoral Consortium provides a forum where doctoral students can present and discuss their research with experienced IR researchers.

Demonstrations：Demonstrations present first-hand experience with research prototypes or operational systems.
